Youth Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Cambian Group as a Youth Support Worker. In this role, you will be working with young people in a residential care setting, providing them with the support and care they need to thrive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages young people to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, preferably in a care or support role. You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel with the young people. A clean driving record is essential, as you will be using a company car during work hours.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a sign-up bonus of £5,000-£10,000, paid in two instalments, and a refer-a-friend bonus of £1,000. Additionally, you will receive time-and-a-half pay for overtime worked beyond 173 hours per week and a mileage allowance for business use of your car.
