Job Description

As a Fleetwood Youth Advocate, you will work closely with children and young people to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. You will manage a caseload, ensuring each individual receives the necessary care and attention. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of child welfare and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients. An hourly rate between £37 and £39 is expected, reflecting your level of expertise and experience.

Working Environment

You will work primarily from home but may occasionally need to attend meetings or collaborate with colleagues at the office in Fleetwood. We prioritize flexible working arrangements, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
