Human Resources Coordinator Lead

Responsibilities- Create effective job postings to attract top talent
- Coordinate the interview process and work with the HR manager and advisor to select the best candidates
- Ensure all necessary documents are distributed to applicants and their information is passed along to the administration team
- Plan and coordinate training and inductions for new staff members
- Work with the HR staff and line managers to assess operational needs and adjust the recruitment strategy accordingly
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or an office environment
- Prior experience with job posting boards and hiring platforms is advantageous
