Job Summary

About the Position

This is a full-time role that offers an estimated salary of $65,000 per annum and 37.5 hours of work per week. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR and line managers to ensure a steady supply of talent for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Create effective job postings to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the interview process and work with the HR manager and advisor to select the best candidates
  • Ensure all necessary documents are distributed to applicants and their information is passed along to the administration team
  • Plan and coordinate training and inductions for new staff members
  • Work with the HR staff and line managers to assess operational needs and adjust the recruitment strategy accordingly
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or an office environment
  • Prior experience with job posting boards and hiring platforms is advantageous
  • A driven individual who excels in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
