We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing, a well-established consultancy agency based in Preston.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing casework and advising on Employee Relations issues at an intermediate level, with experience in a HR management role.
You will be responsible for building rapport and working relationships with staff across various levels to ensure they can access proper support as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Show initiative and strong leadership skills by ensuring your HR team works collaboratively
- Act as the senior consultant for complex HR matters while overseeing general casework
- Liaise with directors to adapt to changes in the structure and handle recruitment drives
- Coach line managers and staff on current HR practices
- Take the lead on ad hoc work, such as implementing new HRIS systems
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
