Job Summary:
Agility Resoucing is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to employees and management, as well as leading on recruitment and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Lead on recruitment and retention activities, including developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage learning and development programs to support employee growth and development
- Review and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Salary and Benefits:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple changing priorities. You will also need to have IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
