Director of Business Development

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives at WESCO International. As a strategic thinker and relationship builder, you will identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
