We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Director to lead our site's learning and development activities in Cumbria.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and developing Learning and Development strategies, programmes, and various other training across the site.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the site training team.
  • Leading the site apprenticeship scheme.
  • Working with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
