Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Apprenticeship and Workforce Development team. This role involves contributing to the planning, delivery, and tracking of key aspects of the Apprenticeships Programmes from Starting Point to End Point Assessment. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will use your personal and organisational skills to advance apprentices' personal development, behaviour, and attitudes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of Apprenticeships Programmes
- Track and monitor progress of apprentices throughout their programme
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices in achieving their goals
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Apprenticeships Programmes and their requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
