Primary Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Education. In this role, you will provide individualized support to students who require additional help with their academic and personal development.

As a Primary Learning Support Specialist, you will have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in teaching assistantship or a related field, with experience working in primary education settings. You will be passionate about creating tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:
- Work one-to-one with students who require additional support
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
