**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their learning and overall well-being. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans, and provide emotional support and guidance to pupils.

Responsibilities:

You will assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities through a broad and balanced curriculum. You will also support offsite learning activities, including topic trips, forest school, sports, and swimming lessons.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEN in either an employed or voluntary setting.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car are desirable.
  • Recognized qualification at Level 2 or above in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools, or an equivalent, is desirable.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Level 2/C or above is essential.
Salary:

£21,000 - £22,900 per annum (£11.72 - £12.78 per hour). A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.
