Empowering Students with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring SEN Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at our Primary and Secondary SEN School.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Tailored Lessons: Engage students aged 3-16 with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and sensory impairments, through individualized teaching approaches and activities.
  2. Inclusive Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive, working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents.
  3. Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and EHCP goals, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all students.

Our school offers a warm and welcoming community with supportive leadership. As an SEN Teacher, you will have access to professional development and training to enhance your skills and deliver high-quality education to our students.

As a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or a strong passion for working with SEN students, you will be responsible for:

  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Helping students achieve their potential and beyond.
