**The role**
The Head of HR Operations role has been created to harmonise and support the delivery of exceptional HR practices throughout the organisation. You'll support the HR Business Partnering teams to equip them with the necessary resources and expertise, ensuring they deliver top-tier service within their respective regions.

This is a brand new role supporting our Chief People Officer on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR team deliver to the business through various means including strategic partnerships, operational excellence, project leadership, system efficiency and compliance and communication. The role is internal facing and your key stakeholders will be managers across Azets.
**Key accountabilities**
- Support with the Development and implementation of a compelling Azets UK Employee Engagement & Retention
- Strategy to improve the eNPS scores on a sustainable basis.
- Manage the Budget for External legal advisors and professional HR suppliers providing support to the HR community
- Provide consistent, and timely, HR advice to employees and line managers, through a centralised advisory team
- Accountable for the HR services provided by the near-shored HR Admin team.
- Co-ordinates overview of future work demands, assures quality of services provided and ensures budget forecasts are met
- Work collaboratively with Reward, Payroll & Pensions to proactively communicate current employee benefits and support introduction of new/enhanced benefits to keep Azets overall remuneration compelling & competitive and the business recognised as an Employer of Choice
- Working collaboratively with M&A, support the integration and harmonisation of acquired employees transferring to Azets to AUK
- Deliver and communicate initiatives to improve AUK workforce awareness of ESG related topics, including charity, environmental, D&I, Health & Wellbeing etc
- Document End to End processes including starter, leaver, internal moves, leaver (maternity, paternity, sickness etc), pay review, performance management, induction etc - working with other HR specialist areas where required. Deliver a programme of continuous improvement initiatives to improve HR service delivery to the regions by increased automation, using of near-shore resources and improving policies and processes
- Develop and maintain people policies, ensuring they are regularly updated, relevant and aligned to support a positive and engaging workforce culture
- Design and deliver a UK HR Communication Plan, which provides timely, regular, relevant and informative communications to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring the HR intranet pages are kept up to date and provide a good user experience
- Develop, manage, track and deliver HR Operations assigned KPIs and metrics
- As the most senior HR Operations leader across Azets UK, promote cross-group working with Blick Rothenberg and Azets Ireland, sharing of practices, policies and strategies to benefit the wider business
- Champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle
- Lead HR Projects such as compensation plans, collaborating with the groups specialist teams
- Work in collaboration with system owners to ensure HR systems are delivering and improvements identified and actioned.
- Track, analyse and report on Key HR metrics, inputting into the monthly reporting packs
- Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDRP requirements
- Supports the CPO in the production and finalisation of all comms and reporting packs.
- Has over sight of Azets Internal employee reward processes and schemes, i.e. as the Value awards.

**Skills & experience**
- HR Qualification and/or professional membership to a HR professional body
- Experience working in an Senior Generalist HR role
- Experience of working in or with large shared service centres
- Professional Services industry experience is desirable
- Experience of managing a team of HRBP's
- The experience of acting as a coach/trusted advisor for senior leaders
