Our clients are a firm of Solicitors who provide award winning legal services in six different locations across the North West of England, and are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor / Generalist.
This is full time permanent, hybrid working with some regional travel.
The firm have offices in Blackburn, Preston and Lytham, Merseyside offices in Liverpool and Southport, and an office in Cumbria.
They are looking for a HR Advisor or generalist, who knows their way around serious and complex employee relations matters.
Someone who is qualified but, more importantly, has experience partnering with colleagues and senior leadership teams to achieve results.
You will be working closely with clients and will be treated as an extension of their team, working on the ground.
If you have gained experience by working as an outsourced advisor before or having worked in a multi-site / department business, this would be an advantage.
You will be dealing with different aspects of the employee lifecycle and getting stuck into projects and training, supporting busy clients (at different levels of seniority) troubleshooting and being diplomatic, but firm.
You will be working as a trusted HR Advisor and you will be an extension of their clients organisation and as such you will be responsible for providing firsthand face-to-face and remote support for the HR needs as they arise.
