Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at FFR in Preston. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an efficient service to managers and employees across the business.
About the Role:
- Supporting employee relations by providing expert advice and support on all HR-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.
- Producing HR reports with analytics for all managers.
- Liaising with internal employees and external providers on employee benefits and payroll queries.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a generalist HR role is essential.
- Qualification to level 3 or 5 CIPD is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic are required.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Benefits: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week being required in the office.
