Human Resources Strategist

As a Human Resources Strategist at Austin Fraser, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by overseeing all aspects of HR processes and procedures. This includes managing the entire recruitment process, developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, handling employee relations issues, enhancing staff development, conducting HR meetings, and analyzing data to identify trends in employee performance and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a human resources management role, ideally with a CIPD Level 3 or above qualification. They will also possess strong understanding of HR practices and strategic thinking, as well as proficiency in data analysis.
We are offering a salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata) plus a discretionary bonus scheme, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, additional leave for Christmas shutdown, pension scheme, free parking on site, and more.
