Agility Resourcing is recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Preston, UK.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to travel to HGS UK sites as necessary.

You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and other team members to provide an efficient HR service, supporting Operations teams and managing a varied caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.

We offer an attractive salary package, including £30,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits, Pension, Free Parking.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide HR support to Operations teams.
  2. Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently.
  3. Advising and coaching Managers on policy and best practice.
  4. Manage a busy Employee Relations caseload.
  5. Support HR project work.
