Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Network Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences division. This leadership position will be responsible for driving business development and implementation of sales strategies, as well as managing key accounts and leading cross-functional teams.

Sales Strategy and Implementation
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Account Management
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations
  • Monitor data quality and timeliness of information in Connect to Win (CTW)
Leadership and Team Development
  • Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and success
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an applicable field of study
  • At least 15 years of business development experience, including two years in a sales leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders
Compensation

This is a senior-level position with a salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
