About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent hotel in the Surrey region as a Sales Office Manager.
You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through excellent client relationships.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, gym membership, and meal allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales or operations management
- Degree in hospitality or business administration
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
