Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager - Employee Benefits will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering results-oriented solutions to clients. As part of the Aon team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed business targets.
You will engage with senior leaders in mid to large corporate and global businesses, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home, our office in Farnborough, or visit clients mainly in the Farnborough/M25 area.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Engaging with senior leaders in client organisations to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiating contracts and selling reasons for change to clients.
