About This Role

This Sales Executive position offers a unique opportunity to join Group 1 Automotive's team of dedicated professionals. As part of our global automotive group, you'll have the chance to broaden your experience across both sites and brands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding customers through a seamless journey from initial welcome to negotiation and handover of their purchased vehicle.
  • Actively prospecting for new customers via telephone, attending product launches and events, and maintaining a comprehensive enquiry database.
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and enhancing expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions.
  • Recommending suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up.
  • Ddelivering outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals.

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
