Strategic Business Development Director

As a Strategic Business Development Director at Aon Corporation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and securing new opportunities for clients to work with us. Your primary focus will be on engaging with senior leaders in mid to large corporate and global businesses.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home, our office in Farnborough, or visit clients mainly in the Farnborough/M25 area. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer UK Health and be accountable for sales of our Employee Benefit proposition to new clients and new services to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Driving sales performance through Aon's network, client networking, personal relationships, and telemarketing led appointments.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business and risk factors.
- Selling reasons for change to diverse clients and negotiating contracts.
