Head of Regional Business Development

We are seeking a skilled Head of Regional Business Development to join our team in Swindon, responsible for driving business expansion and development across the region.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of driving consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new candidates and clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this challenging role. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a great basic salary and attractive commission structure.
