We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as External Sales Representative - Regional Business Development in the South West of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the company's profitability and business development of paving customers in National and Independent Builder Merchants within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop key relationships with customers, internal managers, and sales teams within the South West area.
  • Maintain a record of visits including outcomes and update all enquiries.
  • Proactively grow our customer presence in the South West region.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region to explore further with the line manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external sales or field sales, with experience working with builders merchants and a broad product range knowledge in paving, natural stone, porcelain, and building materials. A full UK driving license is essential, as is the ability to work on the road and occasionally overnight stays. We offer a competitive salary package, including a company car and fuel card, death in service benefit, bonus scheme, and access to a GP line and employee assistance programme.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. GRS Group offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
