Regional Business Development Leader

Weare5vtech is seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Director to lead our regional sales efforts in Europe and the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a team of Field Application Engineers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar + 4 years of experience
- At least 5 years of Semiconductor Sales experience with a strong network in the DACH region
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluency in German
