We're seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team. The Job Description:

- Lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality care services that cater to each service user's unique needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.
- Foster positive relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain excellence in care provision.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of working with young people who have Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
