The Role:

- Lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality care services that cater to each service user's unique needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall quality of care services.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of working with young people who have Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances

Benefits:

- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
