About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Children's Support Worker to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing support and guidance to young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

**What You'll Do**

  • Work closely with the management team to create a safe and supportive environment for young people
  • Mentor and support newer staff members to ensure they deliver exceptional care
  • Help young people develop life skills and take responsibility for their own lives, depending on their age
  • Deal with challenging behaviours safely and sensitively

**Your Qualifications and Experience**

  • Experience as a Children's Support Worker or with Young People is essential
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People is also required
