Senior Support Worker for Young People

At SCR, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior, you'll play a key role in leading a team to deliver high-quality care to young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.
We offer an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum, flexible working hours, paid holiday, and ongoing career progression opportunities.
Job Description:
As a Senior Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of support workers in providing person-centred care to service users. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of care are met, including supporting service users to maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Experience working with Young People with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
