Job Summary: We are seeking a Youth Support Worker - Residential Setting to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent, experience working with challenging behaviour, and a full driving licence.

The annual salary for this position is £29,000, and we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, specialist training, and free meals and parking. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role: As a Youth Support Worker - Residential Setting, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for children aged 7-17 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans, manage challenging behaviour, and ensure the children's physical and emotional needs are met.
