Are you passionate about supporting students with additional learning and behavioural needs?

Academics Ltd is currently seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newport, where you will contribute to improving pupils' social and emotional development.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop individualised support plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback on student performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of £425-£475 per week, paid on a weekly basis, as well as benefits such as a full-time contract, your own consultant, and a refer-a-friend scheme that rewards successful referrals.

If you have experience working with challenging behaviours in Primary Schools and possess a DBS check or are willing to obtain one, then we would love to hear from you
