**Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Newport. As a Youth Mentor, you will work with young individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted programs designed to enhance social and emotional skills and manage behaviour. You will work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to create and implement individualised support plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND or SEMH students, either in a mentoring or youth work setting. You will possess strong communication, active listening, and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £84-£95 per day, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
