About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to young people. You will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver outstanding care.

Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of the young people in our care. You will work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that our services meet the needs of each young person and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of Residential Support Workers, providing guidance, supervision, and coaching to ensure that they deliver high-quality care.
  • To create and maintain a safe and healthy living environment that promotes the well-being of young people, including the development of risk assessments and contingency plans.
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and educationalists, to ensure that the needs of each young person are met.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in residential childcare.
  • To participate in regular audits and quality assurance exercises to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure that we provide comprehensive support and care.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £31,952.96 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
