Support Children with Disabilities
We are seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team at Beaulieu House, a children's home and short breaks service for children with disabilities located on the Isle of Wight. As a Casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex medical needs and behaviours that challenge to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with communication difficulties and use a range of communication tools
- Work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team
- Provide care and support to children with complex needs
