Support Worker Job Description
Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a support worker. As a key member of our care community, you will provide high-quality support and companionship to our clients in their own homes. This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to build trusting relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as cooking and preparing hot meals. As a Cera Care employee, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour on weekdays and £12.50 per hour on weekends.
