About the Role: Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Worker to provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, monitor, and keep records of patient conditions
  • Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Help residents progress through a care pathway to live independently

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in social care
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
