We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team and contribute to creating a therapeutic environment that promotes independence and personal development among our young people.
As a Support Worker, your primary objective will be to ensure the highest standard of care is provided throughout our service. This involves creating and delivering a supportive environment that enables children to learn skills and develop independence.
Our ideal candidate will have recent experience working as a Support Worker and have worked with children who have additional needs. A Registered Social Care qualification or equivalent is preferred, while a QCF Level 2/3 in Social Care is desirable. A Full UK Driving Licence is also beneficial.
In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £12.08 per hour, plus £70 per sleep-in shift. You will also enjoy opportunities for overtime, ongoing training, and continuing personal development. Other benefits include a workplace pension, employee of the month scheme, refer-a-friend scheme, and genuine opportunities for progression within the company.
We offer flexible scheduling, with shifts during term time (Monday-Friday, 2pm-9pm/10pm), weekends and school holidays (9am-9pm/10pm), and waking night shifts (9pm-9am). Our average work week is approximately 40 hours.
