Sales and Partnerships Leadership Opportunity at Raylo

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnerships Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic expansion and building a comprehensive supply of great devices to the marketplace.

In this role, you will cultivate and optimise existing OEM relationships, securing optimal pricing, inventory, and marketing support for Raylo.com. You will work closely with our Supply Chain, Marketing & Strategy teams to align sales strategies with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and optimise existing OEM relationships
  • Brief new OEMs and develop a strategic outreach plan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic business goals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Sales and Partnerships in the UK
  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with large organisations
  • Sharp analytical rigour and data-driven thinking
  • Self-starter with experience in high-growth environments
  • Great communicator
  • Passionate About Circularity
