About the Role

This Strategic Partnership Leader position at Ping Identity involves developing and executing joint business plans with partners, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring partners deliver customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Qualify and lead business case development for target partner categories, identify new partnering opportunities, and execute partner agreement processes.
  • Customer Success: Communicate and manage joint plans, drive performance against delivery goals, and facilitate resolution of issues relating to recurring or significant partner performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Proven background in enterprise software partnership sales and solution delivery, referenceable network in market with partners for 10+ years.
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute joint business plans with partners, driving revenue growth, and proven success record of exceeding sales quota & other key performance metrics.
  • Executive Relationships: Ability to establish and grow business relationships at an executive level, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

Estimated salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience.
