AEJ Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Developer to drive their extensive growth phase following the IPO.

The ideal candidate will be a Resource Management expert with a proven track record of building and managing meaningful client relationships within the Big 4 or Top 20 Accountancy space.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strategic partnerships with key decision makers across various sectors, including Consultancy, Accounting, and Auditing.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with internal C-Suite Leadership and senior leaders externally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Resource Management, preferably within the Big 4 or Top 20 Accountancy space.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong personality and gravitas.
  • Current experience in a managerial/senior position.

Estimated salary range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
