Job Description:

As a Strategic Partnership Leader at Rathbone Brothers, you will play a pivotal role in defining and leading the company's strategy for strategic partnerships and regional sales. This includes developing and executing targeted growth and retention strategies, managing and mentoring regional sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with senior influencers, CEOs, and CIOs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead a team of Business Development Directors to ensure consistency and best practice in delivery
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, research institutions, and rating agencies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure a cohesive approach to key UK intermediary groups and platforms
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships at a senior management level
  • Ability to create and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
