Job Overview

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our International People & Organisation team. This role will report to the Executive Director, Compensation & Benefits, International.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering day-to-day compensation activities, including pay grade assessments, market benchmarking, salary recommendations, and equity assessments for EMEA and LATAM locations.
  • Participate in compensation surveys to analyse the company's competitive market position in various countries.
  • Support the annual merit review process with job evaluations, data analytics, and quality checks.
  • Be responsible for compensation data entry into HR systems, including job mapping, code creation, and pay grades.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires.
  • Provide quarterly benchmarking support for countries experiencing hyperinflation, such as Argentina.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in benchmarking, job analysis, and market pricing in the media sector across EMEA.
  • In-depth knowledge of salary surveys, compensation theory, and practice, with experience working with Willis Towers Watson required.
  • Outstanding Excel skills and experience with HRIS software (Workday).
  • Exceptional analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.
