**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a seasoned EMEA Payroll and Compensation Manager to lead our payroll operations in London. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with labour laws and tax regulations in various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise payroll records and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the payroll system.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with legal requirements across different European countries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing payroll-related queries promptly and resolving any issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits processing.
  • European payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws across Europe.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian is preferred.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CIPP) qualification is highly desirable.
