About This Role

Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider, and we are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll-related activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with local payroll providers to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Payroll Experience: Proven minimum 5-years' experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Continuous learning mindset, adaptability to changing payroll requirements, and strong communication skills.
