**Job Summary:** Lawson Chase is seeking an EMEA Compensation Expert to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global payroll and compensation management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll processing for various regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Benefits, and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Audit payroll information to identify discrepancies and work with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain global payroll policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for Finance and Human Resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with 3+ years of global payroll experience
  • Proven expertise in managing payroll vendors and international payroll regulations
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Workday preferred
Benefits:

Competitive salary range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
