About the Role

This role involves developing competitive salary structures for the EMEA region, including Middle East, while aligning with HQ standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing benefit programs and analyzing compensation data to support fair and equitable pay practices across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop compensation policies for the EMEA region, including Middle East.
  • Participate in external benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation principles have relevance and are competitive in the market.
  • Constantly review best practices in the market for benefits in the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational company.
