Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Strategy Lead to develop and execute sales strategies across the European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, a deep understanding of the European market, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Europe.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the European market.

Key qualifications include a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building high-performance teams.

Able to travel within Europe as required and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €110,000 - €140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
