Head of EMEA Sales and Strategy

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as Head of EMEA Sales and Strategy in London. Reporting to the LIONS Director of Commercial Strategy, you will create and deliver a regional commercial strategy and roadmap that allows the global brand to achieve its ambitious revenue targets and long-term growth plans in the EMEA region.
You will have full ownership of the sales and commercial arm in this region, leading a small, but high-performing team working across multiple revenue streams including partnerships, event sponsorship, subscription products, and advisory services. Key responsibilities include delivering against or exceeding stretching annual revenue targets, ownership and leadership of EMEA commercial operation, and delivery of commercial strategy across all revenue streams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
The estimated salary for this role is £110,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
