Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compensation Specialist in EMEA. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and communicating UK and EMEA Reward and mobility plans and programs.

About the Job
  • Manage and maintain the global job architecture for EMEA and the UK.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate compensation data.
  • Administer mobility requests for remote working, cross market hires, and permanent moves.

This role will involve close collaboration with People, Business, Finance, and Mobility partners in a hybrid working environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
Salary Package

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, Bupa healthcare, enhanced maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave, and a 1.5:1 matching pension structure.
