About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Mobility Specialist to join our team in EMEA and UK. As a key member of our People department, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, execution, and communication of our UK and EMEA Reward and mobility plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the global job architecture for EMEA and the UK, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  2. Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate compensation data to inform our reward and mobility decisions.
  3. Administer mobility requests for remote working, cross-market hires, and permanent moves, ensuring seamless integration into our global workforce.
  4. Compile and manage data and analysis for UK pay gap reports and EU transparency legislation, providing insights to inform our reward and mobility strategies.
  5. Participate in annual compensation benchmarking processes, ensuring our reward and mobility programs remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
  6. Support semi-annual salary and annual bonus review processes, ensuring fair and equitable reward practices.
  7. Partner with UK People Partners to benchmark roles, below executive level, ensuring accurate compensation data and informed reward decisions.
  8. Maintain the compliance of the pay governance processes for the UK, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  9. Provide ad-hoc reward reporting and analysis as needed, providing insights to inform our business decisions.
  10. Participate in regional, global, and WPP Reward Communities, sharing best practices and learning from global programs and projects.
About You
  1. You are a comfortable and confident individual who can work within a fast-paced environment.
  2. You have great attention to detail and a desire to improve processes and find better ways of doing things.
  3. You have experience in UK and EMEA reward, with a strong understanding of job evaluation and benchmarking.
  4. You have advanced Excel and analytical skills, with knowledge of Power BI a plus.
  5. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms.
  6. You have strong organizational abilities and are able to work with senior stakeholders.
  7. You have experience supporting annual and semi-annual salary and bonus review processes.
  8. You have a strong written communication style and are able to partner with third parties as needed.
