Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Compensation Expert to join our EMEA HR and Rewards team as a Senior Employee Benefits Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our benefits programs and policies, ensuring they align with our company values and meet the needs of our employees.

You'll be responsible for leading employee benefits reviews and benchmarks, managing the implementation of new benefits and compensation projects, and liaising with external vendors and brokers to stay up-to-date on local market practices.

To succeed in this role, you'll need solid experience in European or global compensation, particularly in benefits, along with expertise in working with benefits brokers. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also essential for consolidating data and presenting insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement benefits strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the analysis and presentation of benefits data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of new benefits and compensation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and brokers to maintain market knowledge.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to regional HR and management on benefit policy.
  • Drive employee engagement by maximizing understanding and appreciation of benefits packages.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar compensation role.
  • Expertise in benefits broking and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
